The terms of use and the contractual basis for using Muscle Vision.

1. Scope & services

These terms and conditions govern the use of the "Muscle Vision" app. Muscle Vision provides features for logging training sessions and managing biometric goals.

2. Your own server & data ownership

Muscle Vision is designed so that all data stays on your own, self-managed server infrastructure. Securing, maintaining and backing up that server is your responsibility. No contractual transfer or storage of data by the operator takes place.

3. Disclaimer regarding health

Using the plans and recommendations offered, and acting on the assessment of your training intensity, is at your own risk. Muscle Vision is not a substitute for medical advice or physiotherapeutic care. Please consult a doctor before starting an intensive training programme.

4. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to adjust these terms where technical developments or regulatory changes require it. Any amended terms will be marked accordingly in the app.
